We extract the figures and set them up so they can be used outside the operations team: in letting conversations, staffing plans and budgets. You decide what to measure, and we make sure the figures are right.

The cameras see
The cameras you already have at entrances, in the garage and in the car park capture who comes and goes.
The platform analyses
Avigilon Alta or Milestone XProtect counts people and vehicles and recognises what differs from the usual.
You get figures and alerts
The figures are collected in just.airit, together with sensor data. You see them hour by hour, and get an alert when something deviates.
